Israel has made an offer to the Turkish Government to help this country increase its trade with West African markets where Israel has already established good commercial relations. The offer, said Mr. Asher, envisages the possibility that Israeli firms in West African trade would act as agents for Turkish exporters of various goods, including cement, sugar and textiles.
