The Israel Government has decided to open a permanent Consulate in Philadelphia, it was reported here today. Michael Deouell, head of the Israel Investment Authority here and formerly Vice Consul of Israel in Atlanta, Ga., will serve as Consul here. For the past two years, Binyamin Peled, Israel Consul in New York, has been serving as consular representative in Philadelphia.
