The Israel Government is studying the project submitted by Eric Johnston on the development of the Jordan River water resources under TVA supervision and will present its reply to Mr. Johnston early next year when he revisits Israel, it was indicated here today by a Foreign Ministry spokesman.
Meantime, it was announced here that the Israel Government has asked three prominent American engineers for their opinion of the plan left here by Mr. Johnston. The American experts believe that both projects can be carried out simultaneously, without affecting each other.
