P. H. Doron, top Israeli water planning specialist, left Accra today for Israel via Nigeria, after having completed a study of Ghana’s water needs and supply which took him back and forth across 3,000 miles of the country.
Mr. Doron said that Israel would be able to send technicians to assist Ghana in a well-digging, water supply and irrigation program which it needed. He recommended the provision of sanitary drinking water, supplies for cattle and irrigation for arid areas in a report to the Government of Ghana.
