Israel told the World Bank it would consider leaving one Gaza settlement intact to be developed as a hospital for Palestinians. Israel also said it would be interested in selling the Erez industrial park to international organizations. The proposals are part of Israel’s plan to withdraw from the Gaza Strip, news reports said.
