David Horowitz, Israel Under Secretary of Finance, today conferred with Acting Assistant Secretary of State Raymond Hare for almost an hour in a general discussion of economic problems. Mr. Horowitz decribed the visit as a courtesy call. He was accompanied by Israel Charge d’Affaires Moshe Keren and Economic Counseller Moshe Witken.
