An Israel automobile was landmined and damaged north of Eilat today, an Israel military spokesman announced here. None of the passengers in the Vehicle was hurt.
Tracks from the scene of the attack led to Jordan territory, and the Israel authorities complained to the Israel-Jordan Mixed Armistice Commission, demanding an emergency meeting. Israel also complained to the MAC that Israel policemen in the Beit Saffafa area, near Jerusalem, were fired on from Jordan territory. No one was hit.
