Israel wants “some changes and improvements” in an Arab plan for restarting Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon told the Jerusalem Post. The proposal calls for an end to violence and an Israeli freeze on settlement construction before talks resume on a final peace deal.
