Prime Minister David Ben Gurion said today that there were three aspects of American life which Israel wanted to emulate. He described these as technical and scientific know-how, the two-party system and the program of free high school education.
The Prime Minister made the comment at a reception for a group of Ohio leaders, including James Rhodes, Ohio state auditor, Alexander D, Mairibus, chairman of the Cayuhoga county Republican committee, and Elmer Keller, Columbus deputy auditor. The visitors, who are in Israel as guests of the Israel Bond campaign, later set out on a tour of Israel.
