Israel will agree to international monitors to oversee implementation of reforms in the Palestinian Authority, a senior diplomatic source said Sunday. Israel conveyed this message to the United States and European Union, while stressing that the monitors’ authorities would be limited to overseeing the reforms, Army Radio reported.
