Israel will vaccinate some 15,000 security and rescue personnel against smallpox. The Security Cabinet decided Wednesday to adopt the Health Ministry’s recommendation to vaccinate police, rescue teams and other personnel who would be part of a first response to any biological weapons attack from Iraq.
