Israeli and Palestinian officials pledged to revive environmental cooperation. During their meeting Tuesday in the Gaza Strip, Israeli Environment Minister Dalia Itzik and her Palestinian counterpart, Yusuf Abu Safia, acknowledged that there had been an almost complete freeze on such cooperation during the past three years.
