Israeli and Palestinian teams worked together Thursday to extract survivors from a building that collapsed near the West Bank town of Ramallah. Witnesses said the roof of the building, which was under construction, collapsed and fell to the ground floor, trapping workers below. At least three Palestinians were killed and seven were injured, two of them critically.
