Israeli and Syrian forces continued to exchange artillery and tank fire today on the Golan Heights after a night of intermittent fighting in the Yom Kippur War enclave and the Mt. Hermon area. Three Druze civilians were killed and seven Israeli soldiers were wounded Saturday by Syrian artillery fire on the Golan Heights.
