Israeli Arabs and Druse are boycotting a revote for chairmanship of Israel’s Labor Party. The boycott would leave only 30 percent of those eligible to vote Wednesday. The boycott is being called because some Labor leaders fear participation would legitimize fraud charges in the original Sept. 4 vote.
