Israeli artist and jeweler Itay Noy won a prize in honor of the late American philanthropist Andrea Bronfman. The announcement Tuesday of the Andy Prize marked one year since the death of Bronfman, whose interests included Israeli art. Noy was noted for merging traditional craftsmanship and advanced technology.
