Israeli Chief Rabbi Dr. Isaac Halevi Herzog arrived here this morning and was greeted by a large crowd of well-wishers, including British Chief Rabbi Israel Brodie, Israeli Minister to Britain Dr. Mordecai Eliash and numerous Zionist leaders. He is en route home to Jerusalem from the U.S. where he undertook a speaking tour in behalf of the United Jewish Appeal.
