A delegation representing the Israel Communist Party has been given warm receptions in both Rumania and Hungary, it was reported here today. The Israeli Communists, led by Meir Wilner, the party’s secretary, visited Rumania to discuss preparations for an international conference of Communist parties. They were received by Prime Minister Nicolae Ceausescu. In Hungary they were received by Janos Kadar, first secretary of the Hungarian Communist Party.
