Israeli Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer promised to speed construction of a security fence along the border between Israel and the West Bank. Ben-Eliezer was responding to claims that less than 40 yards of the fence have been built since the project was launched three months ago, Israel Radio reported.
