Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Dayan, scheduled to be here next week, is reportedly to meet with Defense Secretary James Schlesinger and may see other U.S. officials, too. On Dec. 8 Dayan will be the keynote speaker at the banquet of the 1974 Annual National Conference of the United Jewish Appeal in New York.
