Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Dayan’s visit to Scandinavia this month will coincide with a visit there by his Egyptian counterpart, Mohammed Ibrahim Kaamel. Both men have Finland on their itinerary. Kaamel will be in Helsinki on May 14. His talks with Finnish government officials, according to the Egyptian Middle East News Agency, will deal with economic relations. Dayan will also go to Finland in the course of his four-country Scandinavian tour, which starts next Monday following his two-day visit to Britain. For security reasons, his precise timetable was not released by the Israel Embassy here, so it is not known if the two Foreign Ministers will meet.
