Dr. Mordecai Kamrat, well-known Israeli educator visiting this country to acquaint Americans with the Ulpan plan of accelerated Hebrew teaching, was formally received at City Hall here today by Mayor Robert F. Wagner. Dr. Kamrat was presented to the Mayor by City Council President Abe Stark and by Dr. Samuel M. Blumenfield, head of the Jewish Agency’s department of education and culture.
