a spokesman for the Israeli Embassy said today that President Chaim Weizmann will definitely be in New York, as scheduled, on April 23. Arrangements are being completed here by the Israeli Government for the purchase of a four-engine plane which will be used to bring Dr. Weizmann to the U.S.
