Israeli forces killed a Palestinian as he planted a mine in the Gaza Strip. The bomber was one of two Palestinians fired upon by troops Sunday near the Karni junction on the boundary between Israel and the Gaza Strip. The condition of his partner was not known, nor did any terrorist group immediately claim responsibility.
