Israeli forces killed a Palestinian fugitive in the West Bank. The Palestinian, a member of the mainstream Fatah movement’s militia, was shot dead Thursday while resisting arrest in Jenin. Israeli forces also arrested 27 terrorist suspects in ongoing operations in the West Bank.
