Israeli forces pulled back from a Gaza Strip town used to launch rocket attacks on Israel. Thursday’s withdrawal from Beit Hanoun ended a siege imposed in late June after a Kassam rocket fired by Hamas terrorists killed two people in the Israeli town of Sderot.

Israeli exports to the European Union will have different labels if they are produced beyond Israel’s pre-1967 borders. In a deal signed Thursday in Brussels, Israel agreed to the change that will allow it to maintain its favored-trading status with the bloc.
