Israeli Foreign Minister Ariel Sharon is planning to make a second trip to Moscow within a month to press Russian officials to block the sale of ballistic missile technology to Iran. In meetings with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Sharon said he is disappointed with American efforts to limit the sales and prefers direct Israeli discussions with Moscow to resolve the issue, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz.
