Israeli Foreign Minister David Levy accused Palestinian and Arab officials of using every international forum to attack Israel. Prior to leaving for New York on Tuesday to attend the U.N. General Assembly, Levy told Israel Radio he planned to have consultations in the United States to stop the trend.
