Israeli Foreign Minister David Levy is dispatching envoys to Arab countries to present Israel’s position in peace talks with the Palestinians. The ministry officials, who are traveling to Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia and Gulf Arab states, are stressing Israel’s intent to carry out the Wye accord, as well as Israel’s desire to begin final-status talks soon.
