Israeli Foreign Minister Moshe Sharot will fly to the United States next week to address the national emergency conference of the United Jewish Appeal in Washington, at which the 1949 $250,000,000 campaign will formally be launched, it was announced here today by Henry Morgenthau, Jr., general chairman of the U.J.A. The conference will he held at the Shoreham Hotel on March 19 and 20.
