Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres traveled to Egypt on Monday for talks with President Hosni Mubarak. Talking with Israeli correspondents who accompanied Peres on the trip, Mubarak said that since the Sharon government took power, Israel does not have “a vision, a peace plan or a solution” to the conflict with the Palestinians.
