Dr. Shmuel Eliyashiv, chief of the East European division of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, left by plane tonight for an extensive tour of East European capitals. His first stop will be Prague. He is expected to contact the Israeli legations in all the East European capitals.
Although Dr. Eliyashiv will decide whence to proceed from Prague, it is understood here that he will attempt to meet with the Foreign Ministers of all East European nations during his trip. This is his first visit abroad since his appointment a year ago. An official spokesman emphasized that his trip was purely routine.
