Israeli helicopter gunships hit the home of a Gaza Strip terrorist chief for a second time. Two people were wounded in the Tuesday morning airstrike in Gaza City, which followed a similar attack hours earlier. It was not clear if Abu Yousef Al-Quka, the homeowner, was among the casualties.
