Israeli helicopters attacked Palestinian targets in the Gaza Strip in retaliation for a Palestinian mortar shelling of a Jewish settlement. Up to four Palestinian Authority security personnel were reportedly wounded in the Israeli strike, while one Israeli was wounded in the Palestinian attack on Neveh Dekalim.
