Abba Eban, head of Israel’s delegation here, and his deputy, Joseph Tekoah, held a half-hour conference today with Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold and Andrew W. Cordier, his executive assistant. The subjects discussed included Egyptian confiscation of Israel-originated cargoes being carried in foreign ships through the Suez Canal; demarcation of the Israeli-Syrian border; and the issue of the Arab refugees.
