Israeli officials criticized a draft report by the European Union that does not recognize Israel’s right to Jerusalem as its undivided capital. The report refers to Jewish neighborhoods of east Jerusalem as “illegal settlements,” according to the Jerusalem Post, which obtained a copy of the report.
