Israeli police are investigating the educational network of the National Religious Party for alleged fraud. The investigation into Ma’ale was opened several weeks ago after allegations that the organization submitted fictitious reports of religious lessons given at schools in order to receive large sums of money from the Religious Affairs Ministry.
