Israeli Premier David Ben Gurion informed Present Chaim Weizmann today that he had completed composition of a 12-man, four-party cabinet leaving three portfolios for the Mapam and one for the General Zionists if they agree to enter the Government.
The Premier said he had reached agreement with his ministers on nearly all ?ints of the government program and that the final meeting to approve the program will be held Monday, The government will go before the Knesseth (Constituent Assembly) on Tuesday to present its program.
Substantial unanimity was reached today at a three-hour meeting between the Mapai and the Religious Bloc over the question of official Sabbath observance, which would mean the prohibition of all bus, taxi and railroad services on that day, as well the suspension of postal services.
