Israeli President Moshe Katsav threatened to sue police officers involved in his sexual misconduct investigation. A lawyer for Katsav, who faces indictment for rape and other felonies, said Thursday that his client could sue investigators that he believes prejudiced the Israeli public against him by leaking details of the probe.
