Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said he would fire any Likud minister who refuses to cooperate with a police investigation of irregularities in the party’s recent primary. Sharon’s remarks followed reports that Likud Deputy Infrastructure Minister Naomi Blumenthal invoked her right to remain silent during police questioning Sunday regarding her alleged role in the bribery scandal.
