Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu downplayed a visit Thursday by a group of about 10 foreign envoys to the Palestinian Authority’s de facto headquarters in eastern Jerusalem. His comments came despite his earlier assertions that he had put an end to such meetings.
