Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly furious over the instructions given to the residents of Kiryat Shmona during the rocket attacks there Tuesday. The residents of the northern Israeli town were not told to enter bomb shelters until half an hour after the beginning of the Katyusha attack. Israel’s Defense Ministry said the army did not open the shelters earlier because it wanted to keep life as normal as possible.
