Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly told U.S. Middle East envoy Dennis Ross in meetings this week that Israel is willing to discuss a third redeployment from the West Bank. The offer would mark a change in the policy of the Netanyahu government, which has previously maintained that a second redeployment be followed by final-status negotiations.
