Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his Cabinet that the Palestinian Authority has released a large number of security prisoners. Israeli security officials said the self-rule authority released about half of an estimated 300 Palestinians arrested last summer in the wake of suicide bombings in Israel.
