Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak ordered the dismantling of five mobile homes set up at the West Bank settlement of Shvut Rachel. The dismantling, which took place Saturday and Sunday, came in the wake of an understanding reached between Barak and settler leaders in which they pledged not to take unilateral steps establishing or removing settlements.
