Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak plans to meet with President Clinton on Wednesday in Istanbul, where the two leaders will be attending a 54-nation security summit. Barak is slated to arrive Wednesday in Istanbul for a two-day visit before flying to the United States and Britain to meet Jewish leaders.
