Israeli prosecutors appealed a parole board decision to free a man who threw a grenade at a 1983 Peace Now march, killing a peace activist. The appeal, filed Tuesday, claims that Yona Avrushmi did not qualify for early release because of disciplinary problems during his incarceration.
