Israeli security forces foiled a Palestinian terrorist attack planned for Holocaust Remembrance Day. Troops captured three would-be suicide bombers near the West Bank city of Nablus on Tuesday as they tried to circumvent military checkpoints. The detainees, from the Fatah faction, said under interrogation that they were headed for an attack on Israel. The Shin Bet security service kept the attack under a gag order until Wednesday.
