Israeli settlers killed two Palestinian terrorists who attacked a West Bank outpost. There were no Israeli casualties in Tuesday night’s attack on the outpost, located near the settlement of Elon Moreh. Shots also were fired Wednesday at an Israeli car north of Ramallah, damaging the car but causing no injuries.
