Israeli soldiers captured the Hamas commander who allegedly dispatched the suicide bomber who carried out Sunday’s deadly bus bombing in northern Israel. Mazan Fukha was apprehended in the West Bank town of Tubas along with two of his deputies, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz.
